Hmmmmm.... remember I was so bummed about missing my first 10K last Saturday? Well, I found another 10K scheduled for this Saturday in Fredericksburg, TX. I'm considering doing it. I just want to say I officially ran a 10K. The issue I'm concerned about is the course. It's pretty hilly up there in Fredericksburg. If the course goes up and down a bunch of big hills, I will not be able to do it without stopping and walking up some of those hills. For me mentally, if I stop to walk it's not a successful event....but if I tell myself ahead of time that walking part of it is ok..I might not get disappointed in myself..... See????? it's so mental.....I'm a mental case!!!
I'm still thinking about it.....
